INDUSTRY NIGHT RELOCATES TO “GET ARENA”

INDUSTRY NIGHT RELOCATES TO “GET ARENA”

Since the beginning of  the year 2013, Island’s most wanted and most attended mid-weekly event ‘The Industry Night’. Which holds every Wednesday at the African wine bar of the Oriental Hotel, Lekki has relocated to Get Arena Oniru, just adjacent Oriental Hotel, next to the Fidelity Bank. Recall that the Industry Night which started about 5 years ago at Coconut Groove on the island, before moving to Tribeca, has been consistently held at Oriental Hotels for the last 2 years. Recently, entertainment gists had a brief chat with the brain behind the weekly event Matthew Ohio on the reason for the change of venue, he said “the reason for the change of venue is after 2 years at the African wine bar of the Oriental Hotels, Matthew Ohio said “we’ve been having issues with the Lagos State Government over car park space, because a lot of cars get to park on the main road, and also the hotel management has also been complaining about the kind of noise and crowd that storms the hotel every Wednesday night, so they told me to hold on a bit for about 4 months pending the time that their annex which is in construction would be completed so we can move there, but I can’t stop the show, so we had to move it to Get Arena, its spacious and very comfortable, we could have taken it to any other club on the Island, but they all don’t have enough space, so now we are at Get Arena’.
