KIM KARDASHIAN has shocked some of her fans by sharing a photo of her blood-splattered face.
The 32-year-old reality show star underwent a gruesome beauty treatment in order to preserve her youthful looks.
But the immediate results left the reality star looking more like the victim of a vampire attack, than her usual pristine self.
Scenes from Kim's bizarre treatment were broadcast on the latest episode of her show 'Kourtney and Kim Take Miami'.
"I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," she said prior to the procedure, an adaptation of the traditional 'vampire facelift'.
Supported by best pal Jonathan Cheban, Kim had blood taken from her arm before it was spread over her face using tiny acupuncture needles.
Screaming out in pain, Kanye West's missus moaned: "Oh my God. I will never get a facelift if it feels like that."
That must come as some relief to her fans, who have probably had enough of Kim's ghoulish snaps...
