LINDSAY Lohan suffers a wardrobe failure and exposes her boob as she clambers off a helicopter.

The troubled Hollywood star was left struggling with her skimpy frock as she tried to elegantly clamber out of the chopper after a flight in Brazil on Saturday.

Dressed in a long grey maxi dress with a pair of Beats by Dre headphones hung around her neck the actress stepped out of the aircraft and on to the runway flashing plenty of flesh from her right breast as she went.

The note, uploaded on the Huffington Post read: "I am telling you now if you are with Lindsay in Rio or you booked it, and anything happens to my daughter, I am holding you personally responsible.

"Judging from what has happened to in the past, and the way she looks down there from the pictures in the media, it's not a good thing. If you have anything to do with her being there, its on you. Count on it. "

We've said it all along ... Lindsay Lohan can't dodge jail forever ... and our prophecy came true yesterday during one of Lindsay's scenes on "Anger Management."

But just like real life, Lindsay -- who plays herself on the show -- didn't do the jail scene as a prisoner ... we're told her character was there to do community service, hence why she's not wearing an orange jumpsuit. (Beats the morgue.)

As we reported, Lindsay -- who also does a bed scene with Charlie Sheen -- was a dream to work with ... nailing all her lines and being super nice to everyone on set.

Lindsay even posed for a bunch of pics with other cast members, including Darius McCrary ... aka Eddie Winslow from the 90s show "Family Matters" ... who does play a prisoner.

When it comes to Lindsay's acting career ... there's no contest.

Lindsay Lohan continued her weekend of partying before rehab ... hitting a club in Santa Monica last night with a few friends ... including her rumored new man, Avi Snow.

Asou source first reported, Lindsay spent her Friday night drinking inside a club in San Diego, where spies say she asked to be served vodka from carafes, instead of bottles, so she wouldn't be seen with alcohol bottles on her table.

In is unclear if Lindsay was drinking last night as well. In the pics she's drinking San Pellegrino. 

Lilo has only just recently started dating Snow, who plays guitar for the indie band City of the Sun. It was his band's concert in New York last week that made Lindsay skip her flight back to Los Angeles ... which started the chain reaction of events that led to her being late to court.

Lindsay Lohan has just been booked by the Santa Monica police ... which means ... SHE HAS A BRAND NEW MUG SHOT ... and she does not look happy about it.

Lindsay was ordered to turn herself in for booking after pleading "no contest" Monday to the charge of giving false information to a police officer and reckless driving, stemming from her PCH car crash last summer.

As we reported, Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility ... but that won't begin until after a hearing on May 2nd.

The shot marks Lindsay's 5 billionth mug shot ... if you recall, she also has mug shots from the time she was arrested for shoplifting, DUI, drug possession, etc, etc, etc,

We broke the story ... prosecutors have offered Lindsay the 90-day lockdown rehab deal for weeks, but she consistently rejected it. Her change of heart came at the last minute -- 30,000 feet in the air as she belatedly flew to L.A. for her trial.

Lindsay has been down this route before, but the rehab experience has never stuck.
