TOO SHORT REALLY CONFUSED Did I Get a DUI??

Rapper Too Short literally has no idea what happened this morning ... because on his way out of jail, he couldn't figure out what the hell he was arrested for.

We spoke to Too Short moments after he was released, and the rapper was utterly baffled by the booking sheet in his hands -- which only listed a felony narcotics possession charge.

Too Short said, "I thought it was a DUI. This says possession ... I'm confused, man."

Fact is ... cops tend to book people on the highest charge -- in this case felony narcotics possession -- and then leave the remaining charges to the D.A.'s office, however it decides to prosecute. In other words, Too Short could still face a DUI charge in addition to drug possession.

TMZ broke the story ... Short was arrested early this AM in L.A. on suspicion of DUI and narcotics possession, after he was pulled over for some traffic violation ... and allegedly took off running. 

On the way to the police station, law enforcement sources tell us Too Short dumped drugs in the backseat

Dear reader, this is a life true story. I am a guy, it didn't happen to me or my family member, just a warning. It is an article, that I found online while researching about Indian hair. 
            
My dear. Let me give you a background before I tell u my story:
My sister (the story teller  sister in law) in law came to pray with me last two years. She said she was experiencing ill luck during the week. So many nasty things happening to her.I prayed wit her and the Spirit led me to ask her wat hair she had on, she said indian. I was led to tell her to remove it and not give out but pray and burn it. She obeyed and things went back to normal. Sometime after that, I and my hubby were watching TV and saw a documentary about how ladies in India sacrifice their hair to the gods if they have nothing else (material/worthy) to sacrifice.

MY STORY:
My husband likes human hair. So even though I like my full dreadlocks kind of hairstyles, I give him wat he likes most times. I have done Brazilian and Peruvian so thought to try something different and more natural... Indian. Last weekend I ordered for it and made it. Prayed on it and believed it was fine. Yesterday night, I had the strangest of dreams. I saw that I made a hair that allowed me to pack it thus project my face and make it look slimmer. All of a sudden, I got into a scam wit 3 people and began to chase me all over the place to kill me. I got off from them narrowly then got into a market. There, a mad man began to chase me.

I escaped him narrowly then 2 rapist-thugs came after me. All the while, I felt I was carrying someone else's face. I ran into a house with pple praying. The lady in charge there looked at me and showed me a picture of my self with my regular synthetic dread-like hair and said "but that is ur regular look, why are u carrying someone elses face:O?" Then from no where another lovely lady came from outside, drew me to the corner and began to ask me about my look. She said "you are having problems with your hair right?" While she was talking, I noticed something in her mouth; a bow of cowries and the face of a Benin god:OI looked closer and asked her wat it was and why she had it. She said

 her man likes her because of that decor in her mouth:O ---cowries and the face of a god like a shrine in one's mouth?:O ---and that she is comfortable. She also said that it's beautiful:O

I woke up and prayed. I immediately understood what the message was but didn't want to let go of my cute human hair that cost so much. I decided to ask my husband cos he interprets dreams accurately. He immediately told me to remove the hair. At the same time, the Spirit told me to cut it off and not remove it gracefully cos it tried to bring me shame and pain. Cut it off, anoint my head, anoint and pray on the hair to refute all ill then not to only throw it away or give it out but BURN IT. I obeyed.

I have decided to only carry my natural hair or synthetic hair. This is because the Bible says; "The hair is the woman's crowning glory". Carrying another's is like carrying the other person's spirit. The worst is even Indian. Nothing wrong with Indians; They are beautiful and we love them especially in Films but those hairs sold are sacrifices to gods. Thus, they are cursed. There are loads of other human-looking hair made with synthetic in the market if you want that look or if you insist on wearing real human hair, try those from other Countries but pray on them and be ready to bear any consequence.

The rapper, 35, came up with a list of potential names for the baby — due in July — but North is at the top because he thinks it sounds good with his surname.

He sounded out pals about the moniker last month while working in Paris during fashion week.

But the title is unlikely to go down well with girlfriend Kim, 32, whose family have a tradition of starting their first names with a K.

The reality star might also have a problem with her boyfriend’s next album title — I Am God.

He is toying with the idea while he records new material. A source said: “Kanye’s ego is something else, so he’s quite serious about the title.

“He also has a sense of humour though and knows how his self-indulgence is seen by the general public. It’s half tongue-in-cheek, half what Kanye probably feels is true.”

It is not the first time his ego has surfaced recently. In December, the rapper complained onstage about the Grammys for failing to nominate his Watch The Throne or My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy releases for Album Of The Year.

Kris Humphries -- the guy who has accused Kim Kardashian of nuptial fraud -- just scored hundreds of thousands of bucks from one of the wedding guests.

TMZ broke the story ... Andrey C. Hicks -- who sat right behind the formerly happy couple at the rehearsal dinner -- was arrested in 2011 for bilking Kris and other friends out of millions of bucks ... by convincing them to invest in a bogus hedge fund. He pled guilty to the charges late last year.

Now, Hicks has to pay the piper ... a judge just ordered him to repay the ill-gotten loot, totaling $2,375,204.60. 

It's unclear how much of that money will go to Kris, but we do know the NBA'er lost hundreds of thousands of $$$ in the sham.

Hicks was also sentenced to 40 months in jail.

The reality is ... it's gonna be hard for Kris to collect.  And the other reality ... he's gonna end up with goose eggs in the divorce trial.

Lindsay Lohan has just been booked by the Santa Monica police ... which means ... SHE HAS A BRAND NEW MUG SHOT ... and she does not look happy about it.

Lindsay was ordered to turn herself in for booking after pleading "no contest" Monday to the charge of giving false information to a police officer and reckless driving, stemming from her PCH car crash last summer.

By our count this is mug shot #6, that we've seen. Another was taken in NYC last year, but since NYPD doesn't release mug shots ... we got robbed

As we reported, Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility ... but that won't begin until after a hearing on May 2nd.

The shot marks Lindsay's 5 billionth mug shot ... if you recall, she also has mug shots from the time she was arrested for shoplifting, DUI, drug possession, etc, etc, etc,

Al Qaeda says it has beheaded a French hostage in reprisal for France's military intervention in Mali, according to reports.

Its North African arm claimed responsibility, Mauritania's ANI news agency reported, citing a commander for the group.

A French foreign office spokesman said they were trying to verify the report of the killing of Philippe Verdon, who was kidnapped in November 2011, adding that "we don't know at the moment" whether it is reliable.
In a telephone call to the news agency, the group spokesman said Mr Verdon had been beheaded on March 10 "in response to the French military intervention in the north of Mali", ANI reported.
Mr Verdon and another Frenchman were kidnapped from their hotel room in the northern Mali town of Hombori.
Another 14 French hostages are detained in Western Africa, including seven believed to be held in the Sahel region by al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) and its affiliates.
Terror chief Mokhtar Belmokhtar, an AQIM leader and one of the world's most wanted men, had pledged revenge and vowed to attack western targets in Africa after France launched a campaign to help the country's embattled government drive Islamist militants out of northern Mali.
France launched a nine-week assault in January to dislodge the group and other Islamist militants who had hijacked a Tuareg rebellion in Sahel and seized the northern half of the country.
They were driven out from the main cities of Gao, Timbuktu and Kidal, after which some 1,600 French and Chadian troops began searching for Islamist rebels in their pocket hideouts in the mountainous region of northern Mali.
Mr Verdon was described as a French spy by the AQIM commander, who said France's President Francois Hollande "bore the responsibility for the remaining hostages".
When asked by the ANI news agency whether Belmokhtar had been killed, he neither denied nor confirmed it.
There have been conflicting reports on whether he was killed in the French military campaign against the rebels.
