KIM KARDASHIAN Sits For Deposition I Really Did Love Him

Reader listen to liar Kim K. big user and liar, fame hunter lies again, read below, Kanye is trying to walk away from her, If He is smart, He should listen to Jay Z and Bey
Kim Kardashian secretly sat for her deposition Tuesday in L.A. ... and she testified under oath that when she accepted Kris Humphries' proposal of marriage and when she said "I do," she really did love him.

Our source has learned ... the deposition was taken at the offices of Kim's lawyer ... disso queen Laura Wasser (the pic was taken on their way in). It lasted 9 hours.

Kris Humphries' lawyer probed for evidence that Kim defrauded Kris and only married him to goose ratings for her reality show, but we're told Kris didn't make any headway. He's shooting for an annulment based on fraud, but sources say the depo didn't help his case.

Get this ... Kris did NOT show up for the depo. His lawyer made a big stink in court that  Kris had a right to be there. He didn't even have a game on Tuesday.

As for the reality show ... we're told Kim testified it played no part in her decision to tie the knot.   Other than that, we've learned Kris' lawyer, Lee Hutton, did not ask much at all about the reality show and whether it was staged. Hutton has made numerous threats that he would blow the lid off the reality show during the trial, so it's surprising he virtually ignored it in Kim's depo.

Kim has been gunning for a divorce for almost a year-and-a-half. The trial is set for May 6

N4.4 Billion Subsidy Scam: Mamman Ali Used Forged Documents – Witness

A prosecution witness, Mr Chidi Onyedikwe, on Wednesday told an Ikeja High Court that some documents used by an oil marketer, Mamman Ali, to collect N4.4 billion subsidy were forged.Onyedikwe was testifying at the resumed trial of Mamman, who is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over a subsidy scam.
He was charged alongside Christian Taylor, a Sierra Leonean; Oluwaseun Ogunbambo, an oil marketer, and Nassaman Oil Services.
Onyedikwe, the Lagos branch manager of Inspectorate Marine Services Nigeria Ltd., had, on Feb. 21, testified that the defendants used fraudulent documents to obtain the money.
Under cross-examination by counsel to the defendants, Mr Kolade Obafemi, and Mr Adebayo Adenipekun, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, the witness maintained that his company did not issue the documents.
Onyedikwe listed the documents to include cargo transfer, certificate of quantity, certificate of quality and haulage, all bearing the logos, signatures and stamps of his company.
He said: “As I said, we went through our operational records, our laboratory records and account records.
“Those documents did not emanate from our company even though it was bearing our logos, stamps and signatures.”
Onyedikwe said the haulage report showed that the defendants had imported the petroleum products and that his company had inspected the products.
He said that the company did not assign any of its inspectors to carry out the said transaction.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the EFCC had in its charges, claimed that the defendants presented the documents to the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) to obtain the subsidy.
The case, which is being heard by Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo, was adjourned to May 28.

BOBBY BROWN FREED IN RECORD SPEED

BOBBY BROWN FREED IN RECORD SPEED

it's a testament to how incredibly screwed up our justice system is ... Bobby Brown -- who was sentenced to 55 days in jail for his 3rd DUI -- just served a grand total of 9 HOURS in jail.

Brown checked into L.A. County Jail at 9:58 AM Wednesday.  He was released at 6:58 PM.  Interesting ... an L.A. County Sheriff's spokesperson said just days ago Brown would serve 9 days ... but the jails are bursting at the seams and this is what happens ... kind of a joke, don't you think?

Brown was arrested in October after driving erratically on an L.A. street.  He pled no contest to DUI and driving on a suspended license.  It was his second DUI arrest in 7 months.

Bobby is on 4 years probation and has to attend alcohol ed classes for 18 months

US, British, Canadian, German, South African & Emirati Embassies in Nigeria: Deny visas to those convicted of looting public funds

US, British, Canadian, German, South African & Emirati Embassies in Nigeria: Deny visas to those convicted of looting public funds

Nigeria’s fight against corruption has attracted financial, technical and moral support from various governments and donor agencies.
There must be a strong response to these pardons that show commitment to the fight against corruption and support for the Nigerian people who are opposed to the pardons.
To:
US Embassy, The Ambassador
British High Commission, The Ambassador
South African High Commission, The Ambassador
High Commission of Canada, High Commissioner
On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, Nigeria’s President Goodluck Jonathan pardoned eight Nigerians and three of the pardons have been particularly controversial.
Of the eight pardons granted, the most talked about is that of ex-Governor D.S.P. Alamieyeseigha of Bayelsa state, who jumped bail in the UK in 2005 on money laundering charges but was later tried and convicted in Nigeria by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Mr Alamieyeseigha is still wanted abroad. The second most talked about pardon, is that of Major Bello Magaji, who was convicted in 1996 of sodomizing little children. The third controversial pardon is that given to Mustapha Bulama, former Managing Director of the Bank of the North, who converted customers’ deposits into personal funds, crashing what was once Nigeria's biggest bank.
For looting state funds and customer deposits and abusing children, these three gentlemen have been granted state pardons, effectively sending a strong message of state-sanctioned abuse of power.

The US Embassy in Nigeria tweeted twice on Thursday condemning the pardons. In their words:
The #USG is deeply disappointed over the recent pardons of corrupt officials by the GON #Nigeria. We see this as a setback in the fight against corruption. #Nigeria.

We would like the US, British, Canadian, German, South African & Emirati governments who in different capacities support Nigeria’s fight against corruption and are popular destinations for Nigerians, to desist from granting visas to ANY persons, and members of their families, convicted of stealing public funds or acts that violate fundamental human rights.
Nigeria’s fight against corruption has attracted financial, technical and moral support from various governments and donor agencies. Any sanctions against current government officials to send a strong message of disproval of state-sanctioned looting of funds will also be welcome.
Sincerely,
[Your name]

RIHANNA Tour Buses Stopped at Border WEED FOUND

RIHANNA Tour Buses Stopped at Border WEED FOUND
Rihanna's tour buses were stopped at the border between Michigan and Canada ... and law enforcement sources tell US THAT ... authorities found weed.

A total of 10 buses were stopped at the Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada and Detroit. Inspectors smelled marijuana on one of the buses and initiated a secondary, bus-to-bus search.

Inspectors then brought drug-sniffing dogs on board, and one of them made a beeline for a passenger and authorities found he was in possession of pot. We're told he was cited with a civil penalty.

Rihanna was not on any of the buses.

The real headline -- they only found a "small amount" of marijuana on one person in one bus. Who woulda thunk?
